Tim Fritzley has been at the forefront of many new and innovative networking and service developments over his career while working at GTE, Tellabs, and most recently as the VP of Global Sales and Solutions at Microsoft TV. Tim successfully created and launched the IPTVE program, ecosystem, and partners to carriers around the world.
Tim’s experience in network operations, network equipment development, and IPTV service platform creation and deployment gives him a broad and detailed perspective on the problems and issues the carriers are still facing in deploying and operating scaled IP networks for the delivery of converged voice, video and data services.
